About the role  

Nominet CRAs act in a versatile support role; assisting with various elements of engagement, customer support and platform improvement. CRAs are key in the day-to-day operation and delivery of the critical AUPDNS service to Government by Nominet.  

 

The essential bits  

Our service is both technical and security focused, as such any experience or knowledge in IT, Security or Networking would place an Applicant in good stead. 

 

Applicants for the CRA position must be Australian Citizens as a Baseline AGSVA clearance is required for the role, Applicants with an existing AGSVA clearance are preferred but not necessary.  

The key hours of operation for our CRAs are 9-5 ACT time where coverage is needed. 

 

About you and your experience  

The CRA role is open to anyone from a variety of professional backgrounds, with organisational and communication skills, presentability, the ability to quickly learn and grow being key factors, an Applicant can learn specifics on the job. However, anyone coming from an IT, Security or Networking background may have an easier journey as that is the core focus of our service in Australia.
