About the role:
If you are a quality focused software engineer who thrives on building automation frameworks and driving agile development practices into a team, then this is the role for you!
Working within Agile teams, you will contribute to the test infrastructure and automation frameworks of two key projects at Nominet– ensuring best practice in all of your work whilst you engage with the wider development team.
In this varied role, you will deliver high-quality, resilient functional tests in a couple of key Agile projects together with regression tests for waterfall projects.
The essential bits:
You will have experience of coding in either Java or JavaScript or any other object-oriented programme languages as we are happy to upskill as long as you have experience with either Java or JavaScript. Demonstrable experience in Agile testing methodologies and behaviour driven development (BDD) and RESTful APIs and relational databases.
