About the role:
We’re an amazing team and are looking for someone who is as passionate about joining the dots and interdependencies across our people focused programmes shaping challenges into simple narrative and exceptional employee experiences. You will be part of their functional leadership team to partner and develop their agenda.
This is a great opportunity offering variety and challenge whilst working in close partnership with a key customer group whilst focusing on critical people priorities in our people strategy for the wider business.
The essential bits:
You will have demonstrable experience as a generalist HRBP working within the tech sector and a track record of successful delivery of people programmes which may include a focus on cultural change or people engagement initiatives. You will be contributing to medium-term strategic planning and delivering outcomes aligned to business strategy therefore ideally being CIPD qualified with experience of design and change delivery project experience.
About you and your experience:
You’ll be a great influencer who recognises the need to be customer and business centric and be able to confidently flex and adapt your approach to enable share knowledge, collaborate and create an impeccable HR experience.
You will be analytical with an ability to weigh up and take decisions when there are unknowns and work across a range of HR specialisms to drive the people agenda on talent capability and development.
You will be proactive to conduct research and move agendas forward at pace, whilst ensuring your creative thinking is underpinned by detailed plans to ensure their success.

Salary
