Our registry and DNS platforms are used by our customers throughout the world to operate .UK and other top level domains. These are critical systems, subject to high service level agreements and we are accredited to the ISO 20000 international standard for IT service management. 
As IT Service Manager you will deliver, develop, and improve our IT service process management. You will take on the day-to-day management of our ISO 20000 accredited IT Service Management System, including configuration management, change management and problem management. 
A key responsibility will be for our configuration management system. You will have the opportunity to lead a project from identifying our requirements for asset management, reviewing available tools against our requirements to then recommending a solution and implementing the new CMDB. You will also provide life cycle management for assets including hardware, software, licences and warranties and ensure that international standards for asset management are complied with. 
In addition, you will manage ongoing ISO 20000 activity in other areas and will work to identify opportunities to improve processes. 


We are looking for someone to coordinate the work that goes into meeting ISO 20000 standard, but who will also look for continuous improvement actions. Substantial experience of delivering ISO 20000 ITSM or ITIL standards is a must have in this role.

You will have a collaborative approach to engage with teams and senior managers across the wider business to coordinate our response to the requirements of the standards. 

You will be able to demonstrate that you’ve delivered process improvements in previous roles, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
