About the role:

 

You will be delivering organisation development workstreams and take full end to end ownership of critical people priorities to support the delivery and implementation of our people strategy for the whole organisation.

 

The prime responsibility will be to deliver organisation wide programmes / workstreams whilst providing business partnership to business units.

We’re an amazing team and we’re looking for someone who is as passionate about joining the dots and interdependencies across our people focused programmes shaping challenges into simple narrative and exceptional employee experiences.

 

The essential bits:

 

You will have experience of successful delivery of People programmes by embedding change and adoption of new ways of working within timescales, budget whilst ensuring effective employee engagement and high levels of improved employee experience. Ideally within a technical environment.

 

The types of projects you will be working on will be Employee Experience, Engagement and our ways of working, therefore experience in contributing to medium-term strategic planning and delivering outcomes aligned to business strategy through learning and development strategies and plans is critical.

 

Ideally CIPD qualified with experience of design and change delivery project experience.

 

About you and your experience:

 

You’ll be a great influencer and understands the importance of stakeholder management and setting clear and realistic expectations. A broad generalist who is comfortable handling a range of HR disciplines. Most importantly work within a team that share knowledge, collaborate and want to create an impeccable experience for candidates and our stakeholders.

 

Analytical with an ability to weigh up and take decisions when there are unknowns.
