About the role:

As Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the product development teams are successful in and Agile way of working. You will provide support to the teams in facilitating discussion and decision making, recognising and supporting conflicts resolutions. You will be the driving force behind organising, driving, and tracking the development effort. You will work closely with the Product Owner and Development Managers to plan, coordinate and support continuous delivery of value to the customers. 

 

The essential bits:

You’ll be coming from a technology driven environment where you have worked as an active Scrum Master with demonstrable experience around Agile approaches (such as Scrum, Kanban), Scaled Agile and Lean and the ability and experience in working across multiple product teams, co-located and distributed with an understanding of engineering techniques around development, testing and DevOps

About you and what you need to be successful:

You’ll have fostered Agile development and delivery concepts across product teams, with the experience guiding and coach the team and organisation aligning with value delivery associated with an Agile way of working whilst priortising self-organisation, empowerment and ownership. You’ll support consistency and transparency around release planning and roadmap formations and utilise facilitation skills across a variety of ceremonies, from Big Room Planning to Daily Stand-ups
