About the role: 

 

The Payroll Manager represents a key role within a small finance department, processing the monthly payroll and related activities for all group entities. The role is also responsible for the processing and reporting of employee expenses.

Providing cover for transactional services (accounts payable and receivable) when required.

About you and what you need to be successful: 

 

  • Experience of implementation of payroll system changes/enhancements
  • Previous experience of payroll processing as lead payroll administrator
  • Up to date knowledge of payroll and employee expenses legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • High degree of IT literacy including advanced excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, IF Statements, etc)
