About the role:


You’ll be responsible for delivering a proactive and fast paced recruitment service focussing on directly sourcing the best talent for Nominet. You’ll provide a first-class candidate experience and have the ability and desire to source and headhunt active & passive candidates by using our ATS, LinkedIn and various sourcing channels & techniques. You’ll be responsible for supporting and delivering creative sourcing strategies through events, tools and communication channels to increase talent pools and our diversity agenda.

The essential bits:


An ability to truly understand the necessity of working at pace and the commercial acumen to work closely with agency partners to ensure the best ROI is essential.


Exposure to an inhouse role or within a vendor delivering challenging and highly sought-after talent is critical as we source some tricky roles within the tech space, so experience as a tech recruiter or a desire to operate in this space and to learn is key.


About you and your experience:


You’ll be a great influencer and understands the importance of stakeholder management and setting clear and realistic expectations. Passionate about recruitment and delivering the best talent. Committed to providing an excellent candidate experience and most importantly work within a team that share knowledge, collaborate and want to create an impeccable experience for candidates and our stakeholders.


You’ll know what a Boolean string looks like and the latest generation buzz and keep up to date with knowledge trends and data insights so that we can keep one step ahead of the market.
