Talent is high up on the agenda at Nominet, and with ambitious growth plans we are now looking to add an additional Talent Acquisition Specialist to the team for a 6-month fixed term contract. You will enable us to attract the best talent, provide a first-class candidate experience and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll love building candidate networks and use your recruitment expertise to be able to showcase the ‘why Nominet’ to candidates. We think it’s an easy sell!



  • Sourcing and headhunting active & passive candidates by using our ATS, LinkedIn and various sourcing channels & techniques.
  • Updating & maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).  Ensuring that all candidate information is updated promptly & that the data and information is accurate
  • Writing job adverts using Nominets “Tone of Voice” & posting the role on the appropriate and agreed platforms to maximise the exposure of the role to potential candidates
  • Working with the HRBPs to understand the business unit/department & effectively qualifying candidates based on the specific criteria and skills required for each vacancy
  • Growing and maintaining candidate talent pools through our CRM and other tools
  • Working alongside the HR team and Corporate Communications Executive on the EVP ensuring that we are engaging candidates and driving them to find out more about Nominet through appropriate channels and campaigns
  • Driving the end to end recruitment process & providing regular updates to HRBPs and stakeholders in the business regarding the ongoing activities/campaigns for each vacancy you are responsible for
  • Managing third party agencies and providers in collaboration with the HRBPs and Director of HR.  Attending quarterly QBRs to update agencies on Nominet and to gain insight into the industry and external environment
  • Develop an understanding of the industry to build your own brand and credibility within the team and the wider business
  • Accountable for the timely communication and tracking in the ATS of  candidates
  • Responsible for developing creative sourcing strategies through events, tools and communication channels to increase talent pools
  • Responsible for working with the HR Ops manager to produce recruitment campaign metrics to provide insight to the HRBPs and the Business Unit

  • Experience in a recruitment role either in-house or agency
  • Ideally experience in the world of tech recruitment

  • Proficient IT skills - Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Internet
