We’re looking for a dynamic individual who will articulate technical and functional components of our registry business in a way that resonates with both internal, and external clients who use our tools to run their businesses. 

This will include the creation of software application guides, API documentation, and technical requirements.  Working with your Product colleagues you will ensure information is produced and delivered in an engaging, concise and value driven manner.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to get to know all aspects of a technology business as they start to build their career. The successful applicant will be required to get under the skin of Nominet’s systems, then work with all manner of stakeholders to solve problems and document solutions! You will help us turn client requests into technical solutions that both work with our systems and solve the business needs of our clients, thinking ahead and always considering their next request. This will require you to work closely with our account managers, project managers and product and technical teams to ensure the solution is suitable and future proof.




  • With support from the business, proactively understanding Nominet’s suite of products, how they work and how they fit together to 
  • Working directly with the business to develop and maintain Nominet’s Registry Solutions documentation, with accountability for its accuracy
  • Delivery of documentation that will help both internal and external stakeholders understand and market our products
  • Working with the business to understand gaps in documentation and suggesting solutions to meet outstanding documentation needs  
  • Drafting of technical requirements based on product specifications, in line with ISO standards
  • Building relationships with other teams/key stakeholders and working in a collaborative manner to ratify technical requirements
